AUSTRALIA DAY 2012

Hello Guys,

I was thinking, Why Not do something for Australia Day, Since We are Aussies!
So What do you guys think? Are any of you free? i know my self i am doing something for part of the day, So if anyone is interested and free, why not put your Ideas, Thoughts, and time you are free to play ( and time zone since we are all different)

How about a 1v1 ladder tournament? We could use the Elo system and let it run for multiple days and after that time whoever is say top 3 get a special something on the forum and nothing else (we aren't sponsored(Although you could look into Riot sponsorship))

its gonna be time consuming but what about a RP giveaway with no. of referrals per ticket for a raffle. its gonna be costly for you tho. but something to be more renowned in Australia i suppose

Each player which makes it equals one "ticket" for the referrer. (New players during the event can also participate btw)

Count the no. then put the tickets in a hat and draw them... I can do that but Jason can for non-corrupt reasons...

I'd planned on getting a job soon, and then once I upgrade my computer, fork over a riot point card or two for the communities growth.

its hard to organise an outing since everyone is like in different states.

I'd be happy to buy one or two cards, but I can't - no way to get to an EB or 7/11 and schtuff.

I am in reach but I'm not allowed to actually buy the cards....

Personally I would rather stick to a free tourney for our FIRST tourney and just have something community wise as a reward for winning. Kind of like achievements in other games.

Yeah my guess was Paypal too but since I don't/can't have a Paypal account I'll have to use my mum's and that will take convincing, lol.

we'll hold off on the gambling for now, just go with a 1v1 queue, winner gets a shiny name for a day
