ACT fall in with NSW? Empty ACT fall in with NSW?

Do people from ACT just fall in with NSW for any teams or are you planning on making an ACT team?

I think it would really depend on the number of players in ACT. I think you would start up as NSW and once you gathered enough ACT players then you would boot up your own area i guess? I really do not know though. Speak to Jason Smile

(Just sharing my thought, i havent been around for a while so i need to catch up with everything again)
